Shipping & Returns
At WINDUP, we want to make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely and that you’re happy with it when it arrives.
Below you’ll find all the details on how we ship, handle returns, and what to do if something goes wrong.
Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only. Unfortunately, we don’t ship to the EU or internationally just yet, but we’re working on it.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. During busy periods or promotions, dispatch may take slightly longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition that you received it
You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@drinkwindup.com with your order number. You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened drink products.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please get in touch and we’ll sort it out.
Your Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If you believe your item is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
